Came out to call. Customer stated we were out close to a month ago for a no cool call, and now it’s not working again. I checked system over and found the lennox condenser tripped on high limit. I reset the switch and the system came on, however, the fan motor was slow to start up and I had to spin it with a screw driver to get it going. I discussed with customer about what I found. The capacitor is good, but the fan motor is going out. I went over pricing with customer about repair. Seeing we were out not too long ago, I waved the diagnostic and just charged for the repair. I replaced the condenser motor and added the 7.5 capacitor needed to run it. Wired in all connections to capacitor and contactor. Fastened all screws and wiring. Cleaned condenser coil thoroughly. Cycled system on and checked amps, temperatures and pressures of condenser. System is now cooling properly.
