25JAN2024 Jason Brown Arrived for blue club fall tune up. Spoke with homeowners about the systems performance. It’s working well, we’re just doing the tune up today. Cycled equipment at thermostat. Accessed equipment in the attic. Removed all doors and panels. Inspected coil, motors, heat exchanger and all ductwork. Found blower motor leaking oil. This is likely due to the undersized ductwork. Checked capacitor, heat rise and all amps. Verified gas pressure and tested equipment for monoxide. 0ppm. Button up equipment and spoke with homeowner about my findings. We discussed ductwork, motors, and potential locations for more return air. We found that the home is not equipped with monoxide detectors. I recommended Kiddie plug in style detector. System is heating properly and operating to the best of its abilities at this time.
