I arrived for a non membership no cool call. I inspected the indoor system and found the evaporator coil to be clean but rusted. I also found all components in the furnace to be in work condition. I inspect the filters and found the pleated filters to be bowing in. This systems return is undersized. I inspected the conditioner and found the systems to be running low on refegerant charge. I recommend to have the return duct increased and to have a leak search preformed on the system. We decide to charge the system to get it running properly and see how it runs throughout the summer. This system is running and working to the best of its ability at this time.
