26APR2024 Jason Brown Arrived for summer tune up service. Spoke with Cathy and Benita about the systems performance. We’re still using the heater over here too. Cycled the equipment on at the thermostat. Inspected furnace and coil. Verified capacitor, blower motor, and all amps. Replaced 14x25x1 filter. Cycled equipment into cooling disconnect power to ac wash out condenser coils. Reassemble ac, check pressures/ electrical connections and components. All reading within manufacture specs delta T is at 19 degrees. System is operating normally at this time. Cleaned up work areas, washed condenser pad, and set thermostat back to 78 degrees.
