Came out to call. Customer said system wasn’t cooling like it usually does and was running constantly. Customer recently changed the filter and washed the condenser. I checked system over thoroughly and found the system low on refrigerant. I discussed with customer about what I found and what could be the issue. System is leaking refrigerant. Not a lot, but enough to cause the system to not run efficiently. Customer had me add 1lb of R22 to get system within range of data plate. System is cooling properly. Recommended maintenance plan, customer declined at this time.
