20JAN2022 Jason B Arrived for natural gas odor. Spoke with Taleisha about what was going on. She had ONG out earlier this month and they detected 56ppm of natural gas at her supply registers then recommended calling an HVAC Company to come look at her system. This is a package unit with a crawl space. Cycled system on at the thermostat. Went outside and inspected the furnace. System lit and ran properly, leak detected all gas pipe coming into system. Checked for CO at all registers, and blower compartment. I could not detect any gas leak anywhere in the system, however I am smelling a strong gas Odor by the package unit. Recommend contacting a plumbing company. We will reschedule this service with a senior tech to further diagnose. Please call if you have any questions.
