Arrived to no cool service call and performed system evaluation. Found bad fuse at condenser. Replaced fuse. Started unit. Run load amps on this unit is 25. System is running at 39 and periodically climbing to 41 and fluctuated between those 2 numbers. System is wearing out and needs replacement. System will blow fuses again in near future. Do to age and condition of system I suggest complete system replacement. Customer will talk with building owner before making any replacement decisions. System is cooling at this time but could fail at anytime. The balance collected today will be applied towards new system if customer has replacement performed by us. System is cooling as well as can at this time.
