Came out to call, customer stated that the system had shut off again. I checked the system over and found the float switch with water in it, but the coil pan wasn’t full. I made sure no debris were blocking the primary drain, and I sealed up the gap around the drains. Made sure coil pan was level and Cleared float switch and cycled system on. AC is still cooling within proper ranges. Checked blower speed to see if it was too high as well. System is cooling properly. No charge to customer for this call.
