I arrived for a inspection on a home that is being sold. I spoke with the homeowner and found that they have had a home inspector look at the house and found some issues with the heating and air system. We went over the list that was recommended to repair and improve. We agreed to add the drip leg onto the gas line supplying the furnace. I also reattached the grounding wire that was not connected to the gas line. We agreed to seal the return plenum and the floor of the furnace closet. I also installed a water switch “safe-T-switch†to shut the system off If the drain line were to stop up on this copper drain line. We also replaced the armaflex insulation on the indoor furnace and the outdoor condenser. I also removed the tree stump that was growing in between the condenser pad and the condenser. I also disassembled the condenser and clean the condenser coils I then inspected the duct work and found it to be all metal duct work. The duct work is connected but the insulation on the d
