Blue shield club heating maintenance. Joe(JC)Ritchal. 02/09/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived the customers annual heater maintenance. The customer didn’t have any questions for me that I knew of. They weren’t there when I arrived and they didn’t have any questions that the office passed on to me. I got started with the maintenance and check the heat exchanger, and the various heating components along with the blower. Most the parts were in good shape but the capacitor for the blower motor was going weak and the system was fairly dirty due to an old filter being in. It is the same filter that we put in when we last were out for the maintenance. I called the customer and informed them of this and advise that they change the filter at least once in between our visits. Customer was not interested in having it cleaned at the moment, but did give me the go ahead to replace the capacitor. I also changed the filter for the customer. The system is workin
