On August 18, 2021 I arrived to a previous customer nonmember upon arrival I greeted the customer they stated that the unit would run for a little while and then it would shut off and everything will go blank check the drain line it was clogged cleaned it out then did and drawls on the blower motor check the blower will make sure it’s clean looked at the evaporator coal it is clean there’s no answer to ECM motor I didn’t went to the condensing unit I washed it thoroughly it was extremely dirty are they check the components capacitors good contactor is not pitted or burn I then started the condensing unit So that the condensing coil will dry I then check the charge unit had 7° superheat there’s a piston in the evaporator coil did Amp draw on the compressor and fan motor everything is working properly at this time thank you for your business mike t
