I arrived for a blue member X2. I inspected the new system installed and the main issue was the front room dose not have good air flow. I adjusted the dampers to push more air to the font of the house. I left all other damper to the kitchen and other areas open. I inspected both systems and found the return ducts on the older system to be dusty and dirty. I made this issue aware to the homeowners and we decided to do a level one duct cleaning at minimum and address any issues at that time if a higher level is needed. I replaced all filter and found no issues with the performance on both systems.
