Came out to call for a system not cooling properly. Customer stated that they had issues with the system not working yesterday and now the power isn’t working in half the home today. I checked system over and found a wire had broke loose to the control board, and was keeping the AC from coming. I fixed wire, and cycled on AC. Condenser still wasn’t coming on. I had 24 volts to the contactor and it was working properly. I checked my fuses and they were good. I checked main power going into the unit and found that I was only getting 120 to the condenser unit. Customer stated he had an electrician out this morning and the electrician said he was missing a leg of power from his main electrical box. They have OG&E scheduled to come out and fix the problem. The system won’t come on without full power. I let customer know that I would come back out if there is something else going on with it after they fix the power issue.
