Ray F. 6/16/2022. Arrived to service call and customer greeted me in the garage. I introduced myself and asked what her air conditioning issues were today. She informed me that a worker noticed water in the emergency drain pan in the attic above garage. I inspected the system in the attic and found the condensate drain line clogged. Inspected evaporator coil. Cut and cleared over drain line with nitrogen. Sealed evaporator coil doors with metal tape. Inspected condenser refrigerant charge and operations. System working properly at this time. Spoke with service manager and waived diagnostic fee. Thank you for your business.
