24OCT1023 Jason Brown Arrived for blue club fall tune up service. Spoke with Don about the systems performance. You guys put it in 8 years ago and it’s working well. Cycled the equipment on in heating at thermostat. Discussed filters with homeowner. Disconnect power to equipment. Open coil and blower compartments. Noticed a lot of fine dust inside the system. Spoke with homeowner about cleaning it. Homeowner will hit it with an air compressor later for cleaning. Checked fan blades and shaft for balance and wear. Verified amps and control voltage to motor. Brushed out as much as I could reach around in equipment. Cleaned flame sensor and tested micro amps. Pulled draft hood elbow and brushed inducer out. Reassemble equipment and cycle system into heating. Found heat rise at 70+ equipment is max rated at 55 degrees. Adjusted gas pressure to dial in heat rise. Verified all components are good and followed up with homeowner. System is running safely and properly at this time.
