I arrived for a red member ac pm. I first spoke with the homeowner and found no issues with the systems operation. I first inspected the system located in the attic. I found the filter to be new and cleane. I also inspected the furnace and evaporator coil and for no issues. I then inspected the the conditioner and found the conditioner coil to be completely stop up. I checked the condenser and checked all electrical components in the condenser. I then cleaned the conditioner coil and check the systems refrigerant charge and the temperature drop across the evaporator coil. I found the system to be running at 12 deg subcooling and the DT be running at 19.8 deg. I fought no issue with and electric components at this time. Overall I found no major issues with the systems operation at this time.
