I arrived for a fall maintenance for blue club membership on a air handler. I inspected the air ha and for the coil to be clean but the filter to be dirty. I replaced the filter and checked the system operation. I found all heat strips to be running between 21 and 23 amps. I found the blower motor to be running at 7.2 amps. I found the temp rise or be 23 deg with a max air temperature of 123 deg. I reassembled the air handler and checked the condenser and found it to be stopped up. I cleaned the condenser and suggested to add surge protectors to the system to help prevent repairs. Overall this system is running properly at this time.
