24APR2024 Jason Brown, Kevin Williams Arrived for 8 system summer tune up service. Spoke with Jacob about the systems performance. Everything seems to be working well. Inspected all systems. Checked all amps and electrical connections/ components. Washed condenser coils and verified airflow and evap coils. Found system #2 with a failing condenser fan motor, and system # 4 with bad run cap. Replaced cap under warranty and ordered condenser fan motor. Motor is 7-14 days out. Installed universal motor to keep the system running while we wait for the OEM. Discussed duct cleaning, blower cleaning and leaky ductwork with Jacob, he will call in to schedule the next duct cleaning. All systems are working at this time.
