Came out to call to address a noise the customer was hearing from the unit that sounded like what it was doing before. I checked the unit over and found the inducer motor making a strange noise. Customer said the inducer was replaced in December of last year, and is already starting to make noise. I discussed with customer about replacing it under warranty, and customer felt that it should be replaced. I will order a new motor and come out to replace it under warranty at no cost to customer. Returned and warranty defective motor.
