Came out to call, customer stated that their master bedroom wasn’t cooling properly. They have had this issue before and it was a duct supplying the master bedroom had come loose from the plenum. I checked ductwork and found it loose again. I reattached the duct back to the plenum tap. Duct is over stretched to reach the plenum. Recommended that we redo the tap to the bedroom to Jeep this from happening again. Gave estimate to replace the duct coming off plenum from 9†to 10†and then reducing the 10†duct into the existing 9†duct. Customer wanted to have it done. I scheduled it for Monday the 21st. Changed out filters for customer in home. Inspected the blower assembly, motor, electrical components, coil and overall condition of equipment in attic. Checked amps, temperatures and pressures of condenser. System is cooling properly at this time.
