14OCT2021 Jason B Arrived for club member no cool. Spoke with Cathy about what was happening. She recently had a thermostat installed with mobile app control capabilities, and the system never came on afterwards. Inspected tstat, inspected furnace. Found the drain pan full of water. Vacuumed out drain line, and pan. Flushed drain with 2 liters of water and added a pan treatment to prevent further blockages. While I was here, the alarm company who installed the thermostat was out and addressed issues with the app. This system is running properly at this time.
