Ray F 8/8/22 Arrived to a new customer no cool service call and the customer greeted me at the front door. I Introduced myself and asked what air conditioner problems he was experiencing. He stated the air conditioner hasn’t been cooling since yesterday and showed me where the equipment was located. We turned the breaker on in the garage and inspected the system. Found the compressor running but no fan motor. The 70/5 run capacitor is reading 49/0. Condenser coils very dirty. Contactor, wiring and disconnect are in good condition. Quoted pricing to replace the capacitor and offered our maintenance program. Authorized repairs and we replaced the capacitor with a 70 mfd and a 5 mfd. cleaned condenser coils. Turned system back on and checked operations. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps are normal. Refrigerant levels are ok. Return and supply differential of 19 degrees. System cooling properly at this time. Recommend routine preventative maintenance on the system. T
