Non club AC maintenance. Joe(JC)Ritchal. Joe(JC)R. 04/23/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived from the customers requested air-conditioning maintenance. The customer didn’t have any questions for me so I went ahead and got started with the maintenance. I washed out the condenser, then checked the evaporator coil and furnace. The evaporator coil was clean and in good shape along with the furnace blower motor . The blower motor capacitor was starting to get weak because of the dirt buildup on the blower wheel, causing airflow issues and weighing down the motor. It would be best to pull the motor in order to clean it properly. I then went and checked the condenser, which overall was also in good shape, but the compressor capacitor is starting to go weak and needs to be replaced as well. I brought this all up to the customer and talk to him about the bundle savings kit that we have And how that those three repairs would be able to fit within that. I told
