No cool. Joe(JC)R 04/26/2024 I arrived to a call with a customer, said the system was icing up and not cooling the house. I found that the system was low on refrigerant, and I got the go ahead from the customer to add up to 2 pounds of refrigerant before looking for a leak. I added a pound of refrigerant to the system and got the subcooling with the required range. This system is now cooling the house and I went over, the cost of searching and repairing the leak with the customer and also the costs and benefits of our club plans including the red club plan and it’s included pound of refrigerant.
