I arrived for noise issue within 30 days of a time up. I cycled the system on in all modes. Blower motor to on from auto, ac mode, heat mode first stage and heat mode second stage. I checked all electrical components and wheel balance on both the blower motor and induce motor. I cycled the system on from the control board and from the normal operation of the thermostat and I couldn’t get the system to mimic what the homeowner said it was doing. Are diagnostic/tune up is good for 30 days from your time up day. If you have any issues beyond that time frame we will be happy to help in anyway we can.
