Arrived and found system operational preformed a test and verify on system the evaporator was clean but the blower motor bearings are going out and wheel needs replaced. In the total out look of the system I would reccommend total replacement duct work and all the ductwork has fallen apart where an animal has chewed through it there’s needs to be a walk way to get to the system and there will be continual breakdown until system is replaced. We also informed customer that we would not be liable for the pre exsisting hole in the ceiling.
