18JUN2021 Jason B Arrived for warranty call on recent install. Found fan running but compressor out. Started the system up with a hard start ran for a few minutes valves are bad on the compressor we will have a senior tech out Monday to go over repairs or replacement. There is a 410 txv in the closet with the system. This system is currently running r22 customer asked about a different systems thermostat not keeping up, it’s near the main entry and the building has a high occupancy and traffic. With 1 AC not working properly and this location it’s not able to keep up. Pressures and delta were excellent. Give us a call if there’s anything else we can do.
