16OCT2021 Jason B Arrived for for fall tune up. Spoke with Homeowner about systems performance. Cycled system on at thermostat then disconnect power at furnace. Pull blower motor and coil door inspect heat exhaust, capacitor and blower motor. Reinstall blower pull and clean flame sensor. Test all pressure switches, then reconnect power. Cycle system on in heating. Adjust gas pressure to 3.5 IWC. Inspect HSI, burners, and all safeties. Check amp draws, inducer, gas manifold, temperature split, and CO Levels. System is running properly at this time. I noticed some water spots on the wood under the flue, after speaking with the homeowner about it, the roof has been recently repaired. Inspected exterior flue, and found the cap and storm collar in good condition and sealed.
