I arrived for a previous customer no cool call. I spoke with the homeowner and found that her home was damaged by the last storm. She has been having issues with the power to the house going off and on repeatedly. I found the transformer in the furnace to have failed. This could have been from the power surges that is causing the home to flicker on and off. I replace the transformer with the homeowners approval and cycled the system on. We also decided to sign up on a quarterly blue club maintenance plan.
