Jake Kring. Aug 05 2022. I arrived for a no cool call on a system we recently serviced. I first spoke with the homeowner and found that the 24 year old system we recently charged was not working again. I inspected the system with the homeowner and found oil to be on top of the condenser and on the side and bottom of the condenser. I confirmed that the system is low on refrigerant. The homeowners were upset that the refrigerant did not last as long as they wanted it to. I showed the notes from our previous technician and he stated that there is no guarantee on how long the refrigerant will last. I also maid it known that they should have that receipt in their email. I offered to look for and see what part is leaking and see what it would take to repair the system but i did make it aware that it could be costly. The homeowner has already sold the house and they are going to be getting with the new owners to see what they want to do about the system.
