Ray F 8/9/22 Arrived to a previous customer no cool service call and the tenant met me at the front door. I introduced myself and she showed me where the equipment was located. I inspected the system and found it low on refrigerant. It is noted on previous work orders that there is a known refrigerant leak. I added 2 pounds of refrigerant to the system to achieve the correct superheat. Contactor, wiring and disconnect are in good condition. Capacitor is within recommended manufacturer specifications.
