Ray F 8/10/22 Arrived to a previous customer no cool service call and the customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what ac problems she has been having. She stated the ac hasn’t been keeping up the last 4 weeks or so. We inspected the condenser snd found the coils very dirty. The refrigerant levels are low. Run capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. The contactor, wiring and disconnect are in good condition. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps normal. Evaporator coil is clean and in good condition. Blower motor, wheel and housing are clean. Blower motor amps are normal and the run capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. Informed customer of my findings and quoted adding refrigerant and our preventative maintenance programs. She authorized the repair and joined our blue club program. I added 30 ounces of 410a refrigerant to achieve a subcooling of 10 degrees. Recommend leak search if problem persists. Return of 75 and supply of
