Arrived at the home to provide 2 silver club maintenances. Was greeted by the customer and let in at the front door. The customer let me know one system was in the garage closet and the other system was located in the attic. Customer said the furnaces have been working properly to her knowledge with out issues. While preforming the Maintenance I checked all aspects of both heaters. Cleaned flame sensors, checked igniters for proper ohms, checked blower motors, induce draft motors, pressure switches, electrical connections, gas pressure, gas valves, burner assemblies, blower capacitors. Over all both systems are working proper with no issues and no repairs needed at this time. Systems did not have surge protection installed. Talked to the customer about the benefits and protection the surge protectors provide to the health of the unit as well. I do recommend getting surge protectors installed on both systems.
