No one’s really ever looked at it. I also have a new thermostat I’d like installed. Went over pricing for thermostat install with homeowner cycled equipment into heating at existing thermostat. Disconnect power to equipment inspect ductwork, coil, heat exchanger, blower motor, inducer, clean flame sensor, brush out secondary heat exchanger. Verify plenums are clear. Tape coil insulation back into place. Reassemble equipment and cycle system in all stages. Measure heat rise, gas pressure, and all components. Reassemble equipment and disconnect power to furnace. Install new thermostat with level. Homeowner confirmed the paint lines were okay. Verify system operation in all stages. Discussed finding with homeowner. We had a miscommunication on pricing. Adjusted price to accommodate homeowner. System
