Arrived to service call. Customer in process of selling house and needed unit serviced. System is a lennox from 2014. Furnace is high efficiency. Performed heat tune up. Cleaned flame sensors and tested igniter. Test induced draft motor. Test capacitor and motor amp draw. All capacitor and amp draw in range. Gas pressure and temperature rise in range. Visually checked heat exchangers. No issues found. No c.o. Detected. All drains are clear. No rusting on furnace. Cycled unit multiple times to insure that all safeties are working and unit running as designed. System is heating at this time. Furnace is in good condition and in great working order. Evaporator coil in good condition has normal wear and tear but is in good operating order. Inspected air conditioning. All capacitor and amp draw in range. It is too cold today outside to get accurate refrigerant levels however air conditioning is in good condition and running as designed. No issues found with system at this time.
