On August 17, 2021 I arrive to a previous customer nonmember upon arrival I greeted the customer and went to the thermostat to turn the system on to check system operations after that I went to the furnace I open the blower compartment check the blower wheel blower bearings both are good check the motor itself it was good is not hot did amp draws units pulling 3.7 A checked capacitor 10 µF reading 10 µF open the evaporator coil to check to see if his dirty it was not it was clean after that I went to the condensing unit checked the capacitor is a 45 5 µF and it read 43 three uf recommended replacement Due to it being out of tolerance customer agreed install new capacitor did amp drawls Checked contactor and check the charge the unit had 8° sub cooling in the system called for 10 are they disassembled washed reassembled and tested system operations as well as changing 2-14 x 30 x 1 filters Everything’s working properly at this time thank you for your business Mike t
