I arrived for a previous customer summit tune up. I first spoke with the homeowner and found that they just want the system tuned up and that the problems they have been having is that critters have been getting into the system and shorting out the contactor and capacitor. I inspected the system and found the capacitor and contactor to be in good condition. I recommend to put some moth balls in the bottom of the condenser electrical compartment to try and repel bugs and critters out of the area. I did find the condenser to be a little dirty. I cleaned the system and checked the systems preferences and found it to be working well. I the filters were in good condition and I left the customer with a set of replacements.
