22FEB2024 Jason Brown Arrived for silver club 4 system fall tune up. Spoke with mgmt about the systems performance. We had the 4th system replaced and everything is working great now, the front systems are running less, and the area actually stays warm. Cycled all equipment at the thermostats. Inspected heat exchangers, blowers, electrical connections, capacitors/ contactor, gas pressures and heat rise. Soap bubbled gas connections. Measured temperature rises. All heat exchangers are whole with no cracks, front systems are old and in rough shape but working. Adjusted gas pressures to manufacture specs. All systems are working at this time.
