I came out for a non-club AC maintenance. I washed the condenser coil. I checked the filter, blower, drain, evaporator coil, capacitors, contactor and all wiring. I cycled the AC from the thermostat and checked all temps, amps and charge. The filters were pretty dirty and need changed. I talked to the renter and owner about the filters. The owner said he’d pick the, up and change them himself. All working at this time.
