22JUN2022 Jason B Arrived for new customer two system tune up. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. Everything is working, we just bought the house and would like them tuned up. Cycled upstairs system on cooling. Inspected blower cabinet motor, coil, and all electrical components/connections. Moved to AC inspected pressures, compressor, fan, and all electrical connections/components at the AC. Washed condenser coils. Changed customer provided filter. Blower clean 4.5a cap 7.5/7.5 coil clean 300/1000 CFM return 470/1000 CFM supply Homeowner mentioned airflow issues in the back upstairs bedroom. Recommend adding return to front upstairs bedroom and blocking some of the supply at the register to this same room to allow more airflow into the system, and to help push some of the puppy air back to the room struggling.
