Performed preventative maintenance on AC system. Changed filters for customer. Inspected the blower assembly, motor, electrical components, evaporator coil and overall condition of equipment in closet. Washed the condenser coil thoroughly. Inspected the condenser coil, compressor, fan motor, capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring and operation. Checked thermostat operation, wiring, amps, temperatures and pressures of AC. Compressor reading 300 mega ohms, which is still in the green. Unit was running just a tad below recommended pressures and temperatures. Added .4lbs of 410a to get proper superheat reading. System is cooling properly at this time.
