Came out to call. Customer stated that the upstairs system shut off and wouldn’t come back on. She checked the system upstairs and found the emergency drain pan full of water. I told customer I would clean out the drain, clear out water in emergency drain pan, and check system over. I cleaned out drain pan, then cleared the drain. Pulled a vacuum on drain to ensure there is no blockage. Put drain back together and tested system. System is operating and cooling properly.
