Came out to call for a free second opinion. Customer stated that he had another company out to find out what was wrong with his system. They replaced the control board, the ECM motor and added refrigerant to the system. The system was still doing the same thing. The blower would ramp up to full speed then shut off. I checked dip switches according to the data plate and adjusted them based off the size of the unit. Cycled system on and the system ran without any issues. My pressures and temperatures stayed consistent for the time I was there, and the blower on the system never shut off intermittently. Told customer to operate it like he normally would and I’ll leave the ticket open. If he has any other issues, I will come out and call tech support to set system up correctly if needed.
