11MAR2024 Jason Brown Arrived for white/red fall tune up service. Spoke with homeowners about the systems performance. Well our bath exhaust drips on my head, the ptac needs to be looked at and the filters too. Homeowner showed me to the thermostat and furnace. Inspected gas furnace. Inspected heat exchanger, flue, ductwork connections, electrical connections and all components. Cleaned flame sensor. Inspected heat pump verified contactor, capacitor, and reversing valve. It is still too cool to check pressures. Removed ptac cover cleaned out evap and cycled system through all stages, then set to fan. Inspected bath exhausts found exhaust with drip running completely straight up allowing condensation to drip down back through vent. Discussed venting to the roof. We decided to lay the vent down to prevent the drip. Replaced customer provided Uvv bulb. Cycled equipment in all stages at the thermostat. Equipment is working properly at this time.
