Silver club heating maintenance. Joe(JC)R 03/13/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived from the customers annual heater maintenance. Have any questions for me and said system was working fine and don’t have any issues. She wasn’t interested in having a hot water tank flushed this time, but said to make a note for next time that she would probably do it the next time we were out. I then began my maintenance and checked the evaporator coil and blower both of which were in good shape. I also washed out the condenser then checked it after had dried. Mechanically the condenser was in good shape, but I didn’t see any issues with it except for the fact the refrigerant charge was low. I didn’t see any immediate signs of the leak and talk to the customer about this the customer wasn’t interested at the moment and having it taken care of but I did leave an estimate for the customer so they could have it for a future reference.
