I arrived for a silver member ac pm. I first inspected the furnace located in the attic and found the evaporator coil and blower motor to be working properly. I inspected the condenser and found the coils to be stopped up and the contactor to start to blacken and pit. I cleaned the condenser and recommended to replace the contactor and add surge protectors on the system to help prevent a breakdown in the future. We decided to not do any repairs at this time. I checked the systems refrigerant charge and found it to be running at 11 deg subcooling and the system calls for 10 deg subcooling at this time. Overall this system is running to the best of its abilities at this time.
