Or May 22, 2021 arrive to a previous customer nonmember upon arrival customer stated that she didn’t have hardly any airflow coming out of the vents at the filters they were both dirty call them out and changed room airflow went back to where we supposed to be customer then stated that the air is not cool so I checked the coil and I had a 7° delta T so I checked the charge on the condenser my vapor saturation was at 10° told customer that the units low charge went up and checked the coil quick in for a leak detector got a hit recommended replacement both furnace and coil but customers only gonna go with the coil for now thank you for your business Mike T
