Did an AC maintenance check-up on a 2-year Heil unit in Alpine Al. Check air filter, thermostat, and freon levels.

Came out to Alpine, Al for an a/c maintenance tune-up on a 7 year Payne unit. Check thermostat, air filter, and airflow.
Cleaned and safety checked Heil air conditioning unit with Zep con-coil cleaner, cleaned condensation drain and condenser coil. Checked ducts for buildup.

Air Conditioning service. Diagnose, clean and performed annual AC maintenance and tune-up for service plan on Heil Cooling System. Cleaned condenser coil on outdoor air conditioner unit, check Freon pressures, cleared drain lines, oiled necessary moving parts, on 3 year old central HVAC system with R-410a. Heating and cooling maintenance complete which will help lower cooling cost for this residential customer. Cooling system is now ready for spring and summer weather.
