I'm glad to have the service done twice a year to keep my units in good working order. It was performed in a timely manner and now we are good until spring. I do get tired of the sales tactics from some of the techs to buy additional, very expensive add-ons or additional services. Don't pressure me, just present the facts and let's let it go at that.
