Performed 3 system inspection. 1 rooftop gas package unit for front of building. This natural gas package unit would not heat due to rusted out draft inducer assembly, the majority of the furnace part was all rusted pretty badly. Although furnace part of package did not operate the cooling would come on and work. System that services backside of front building is a natural gas split system. This system is practically new, furnace was free of rust and was operating properly, although furnace working, it had some issues with the sediment trap, no proper fittings for code. Cooling system for this area new as well and no issues with cooling. System that services the back building is a natural gas rooftop package unit. While this system is a little older, did not see any issues for furnace part of package or for cooling part of package. Inspection details filled out in forms.

Performed 3 HVAC Inspections. 1 rooftop commercial natural gas package unit, 1 natural gas furnace with a/c split and 1 natural gas package unit. Will need to fill out inspection report and send email.
Condensate tubing running outside by outdoor unit frozen solid up to the house. Cut condensate tubing 2 inches from bricks So that it cannot hold water and avoid freezing. 90+ gas furnace produces water while heating. Because furnace is under house in crawlspace condensate removal pump is needed to remove water. System is heating
Furnace blower motor has been taken out so I’m not able to verify whether or not it was any good. However the control board is still there and it is no good. This particular brand of equipment did so poorly that there are no longer any supply houses or retailers to source parts from. We could potentially use some type of universal motor however the control board is gonna be an issue. Realistically due to the age of the unit replacement is recommended. Office will schedule estimate to be provided.

1 system tune up-Checked operations of the air conditioning system. Replaced filter, checked amp drawls and capacitor outputs, cleared drain, checked refrigerant levels and cleaned outdoor condensing coil. System is operating properly at this time. 2-14x20x1. Pics uploaded Clogged condensation pump making loud noise in crawl which is not cleared and working. Customer will be thinking about a membership
